A NAD+ certificate of analysis from ANKR Lab reports two things about one specific lot. Purity is measured by HPLC-UV: the sample is separated by chromatography and the share attributed to the target compound is reported as a percentage. Identity is confirmed by LC-MS, which compares the measured mass of the sample against the expected mass for NAD+. The certificate also carries the lot number, the date the lot was received, and a lab accession code.
Testing is performed by Freedom Diagnostics, independent of ANKR Lab. The accession code printed on each certificate can be checked with the lab directly, so the document is verifiable outside this website.
