7 SMS / Text Messaging

If you opt in to receive SMS messages from ANKR Lab — either at checkout (customer order updates) or during rep account registration at /join/ (rep account and commission notifications) — the following terms apply.

What we send. ANKR Lab sends transactional SMS only. Customer SMS includes order confirmations and shipping updates. Rep SMS includes account-related events such as a new order placed under your rep account or a shipped order under your rep account. We do not send marketing, promotional, informational, cart-abandonment, win-back, or payment-collection SMS under these programs.

Opt-in. SMS consent is explicit and optional. The consent checkbox is unchecked by default at both checkout and /join/. The phone number and consent are stored as user/order meta with a timestamp.

Frequency & rates. Message frequency varies with your activity (typically 1–4 messages per order). Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out / help. Reply STOP, OPTOUT, CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or REVOKE at any time to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help.

Mobile information sharing. No mobile information (including phone numbers and SMS opt-in data) will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile data is shared only with carriers and service providers (e.g., Twilio) strictly to deliver messages you have opted in to receive, and these parties are contractually prohibited from using your mobile data for any other purpose.
