6 Refunds and Returns

If you receive an incorrect or missing item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear video documentation of the unboxing recorded at the time of opening. Claims without sufficient documentation may be denied.

Upon verification of a confirmed shipping error, ANKR will replace the incorrect item. No cash refunds will be issued.
