Processing Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific, Monday through Friday, ship the same business day from our Los Angeles facility once payment is confirmed. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on federal holidays ship the next business day.
Orders placed with Zelle, PayPal, or BTC are processed once payment is verified. Processing begins after confirmation, not at the time the order is placed.
Shipping Rates
Orders of $250 or more ship free within the United States. Orders under $250 ship at a flat rate of $9.99.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
All U.S. orders ship via USPS. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Tracking information is provided via email once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after shipment.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International orders ship via FedEx or USPS depending on the destination.
Estimated international delivery times:
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- Mexico: 7–14 business days (via FedEx)
- All other countries: 7–21 business days
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by their country. ANKR Lab is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you do not receive tracking within 3 business days of placing your order, contact us at support@ankrlab.com.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at support@ankrlab.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your shipment.
ANKR Lab is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
Shipping Restrictions
All products are shipped in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations. ANKR Lab reserves the right to cancel orders shipping to restricted jurisdictions.
