Return Policy
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances.
If you receive an incorrect or missing item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@ankrlab.com. You must provide clear video documentation of the unboxing, recorded at the time of opening. Claims without sufficient documentation may be denied.
Upon verification of a confirmed shipping error, we will replace the incorrect item at no additional cost. No cash refunds will be issued.
